Yes, the Pepper Chicken did turn out well. Now what did I do-I ground the ginger, garlic, cashew(put cashew in at the wrong time,though), cut onions and tomatoes, fried them and cooked the chicken.
But Smitha and me thought that we should have added some more pepper. Maybe the pepper we put in was not REAL pepper-conspiracy theory.
Anyway nothing else here at work..we spoke with Scott yesterday and RCI work will be in May 2nd week. Scott though is hoping Balaji can run the show in my absence. I am hoping for the same too. Pravin may be off to the far East with his family and is as usual, waiting for the Boss's permission for his holiday.
I think I'll go home early and have a good snooze. What else?
